Leave Me Be

I am comfortable here.
With my moon and my stars and my shadows.
I feel safe among the curtain of the night.
I dwell within Its secrets and Its whispers.
I enjoy my conversations with the sky.
I respect Its knowledge about the soul,
and the beings, and the hollows.
And I look forward to a long, quiet slumber.
