Horror Movie?

A friend of mine was telling me about this film.
It wasn't until I saw the preview that I understood its premise and now a new slew of questions arise.
It looks crazy and interesting and I'm digging the twist.
If it's done well, this should be killer.
Anyone else?
And does anyone know when this will be released?
